I have tried the "heat" demo and personally like N3 better...maybe it's just cause I am used to it....customizing and all...I hear NASCAR4 is gonna be more like NASCAR Heat....can't wait to give it a try!
My favorite tracks on N3 are Watkins Glen and Martinsville.
NASCAR Legends is the best game of all time though!! I love Greenville-Pickens!!

i got the "heat" version.......i didn't notice POcono missing from the track list til Chad pointed it out to me. And that's a track i really wanted to try out.

I've played'm all and Heat is my current favorite. It just a more realistic feeling, but doesn't have the same sense of speed as you get from Nascar 3.
I'm looking foward to Nascar 4, but it probably is not even going to be released until next year.

I hear that NASCAR4 will be built on a whole different program than it's predicessors(sp). I say its about time! N3 was no more than a fancy N2. I expect N4 to be a lot like Heat. All /i ask for is that you can actually rub fenders with another without ruining yer race! Most say getting airborne would be cool too and I agree....it's just not high on my list of wants. I hope nothing changes with the way you add new tracks. I don't feel like learning a whole 'nother programing language just to race at Pocono/Daytona!! LOL

you get the car airborne on Heat only when you're at 'dega or atlanta where you turn the car around at 190-200mph....the one thing missing from Heat is smoke from blown engines, tire rubbing, etc. i never tried N2 or N3 so i can't give a comparison opinion
i do have a greater repect for the so-called cookie cutter tracks Vegas, Texas, etc. Once i got out and ran a couple laps i realized that they are quite a bit different from the drivers seat. they may look the same and be the same length, but the banking and turn radii are what makes them different.
