Take and rinse your wings with cold water....bread the wings with flour or my favorite Zatarain's fried chicken breader....deep fry the wings until they are done...the wings should float up to the top of the oil and turn a nice brown....take the wings out and drop them in a bowl of Texas Pete or your favorite wing sauce... (the longer they soak in the sauce, the hotter they will be) ....now this is the last step... put the coated wings BACK in the deep frier for about 10 seconds and then remove them to cool off. I guarantee these will be the most KILLER wings you ever ate!!

As I am from down under I have no idea what Zatarain's fried chicken breader or what any breader is or what Texas Pete can I get a recipe for both of these. I gather that these are bought products so is there a basic recipe for the Breader or Texas Pate? I really, really want to try these.

Yes, Zatarans is a coating that can be bought in the store. They make alot of products. Texas Pete is a hot sauce.
I had never used coating for mine. I just mix hot sauce and melted butter, coat them and bake or fry them. There are some store bought sauces that you pour over the chicken to coat, but I'd hate to recommend some since I have no idea what you have down under.
I did a search in google and found this one.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
20 chicken wing segments
1/2 cup butter OR margarine
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Related Cookbooks:
-In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
-Coat chicken in the flour mixture; refrigerate coated wings for 1 hour; coat chicken again with remaining flour mixture.
-In a 2-quart saucepan, heat butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder just until butter melts; turn heat to low and keep warm on stove top.
-Deep-fry chicken, 8 - 10 pieces at a time, in 375 degree oil for 13 minutes.
-Drain chicken on brown paper bags.
-Immediately toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce mixture and remove with a slotted spoon.
-Repeat with remaining chicken.
Adjusting the spiciness of the sauce: As is, the recipe produces a medium sauce. To change the amount of spiciness, simply adjust the butter-to-hot sauce ratio:
Mild: Use 3/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup hot sauce.
Hot: Use 1/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup hot sauce.
Notes: Use ranch or blue cheese dressing as a dip for these fabulous wings.
