I came up with this idea many years ago. I used to make it late at night after a night out in the bars and clubs. I never saw a recipe for it - it was just a whacky idea I had one night after a few beers. (ok maybe more than a few)

I can't begin to tell you how many people asked me to make this. After a while, it was always just "assumed" that, after a night out on the town our group of friends would go to someones house, and I would be responsible for making it.

Breakfast Pizza


Take a dozen eggs and beat them - add milk or water as you normally would.

Pour them into a buttered baking dish. (9x12) or spray dish with Pam®

Bake at 350* until the scrambled eggs are almost totally solidified.

Remove from oven and top with thin layer of pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce or any tomato sauce mix you would normally use for pizza. (I use mushroom Ragu)

Add normal pizza topings - whatever you like. I prefer peppers, onions and pepperoni and sausage.

Top with Mozzerella cheese.

Bake for another 10 or 15 minutes.

Cut into square slices and serve with side of tomato/pizza sauce
