New Aussie Nascar Fan

Hey everyone.

I know this seems like a bit of a "oh woe is me kinda story" but... :wink:

I'm a lonely ol Aussie Nascar fan. Out of a population of around 20million people, I think me, the neighbour's cat and my VCR are the only ones I know who actually watch and enjoy Nascar.

Being a predominately V8Supercar country, you Nascar guys with this drive straight and turn left (most of the time) is a bit of a novelty and still fairly new to me (I actually have to pay to see it and end up recording it around 4:30am most weekends and only been watching for around a year).

Also, very partial to F1 (really open wheelers of any kind) and Rallying. Please still think kindly of me hahaha

Okay, I'll stop now because I'm sounding like a "Looking for a date" advertisement. :eek: :wink:

p.s. also a F-1 fan, but only going to start watching it again now that Villeneuve is back in it.

Well they don't always go counter (anti) clockwise. Not when they race road courses. :wink:

Many years ago, they used to do exhibitions in the winter (your summer) down in Austrailia and they did run clockwise.
