1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 pound fresh or frozen crabmeat
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine onion, celery, mayonnaise, eggs, milk, tabasco, salt, pepper, and mustard. Mix well. Stir crabmeat into mixture then spoon into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
Melt butter in a small saucepan, stir in stuffing mix and mix well. Sprinkle evenly over crabmeat filling and bake 40 minutes or until set in the middle.
