View Full Version : Grilled Rosemary Flank Steak

1/2 cup steak sauce
1 large shallot, minced or 2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 2 teaspoons dried
1 teaspoon tabasco
1 2 pound beef flank steak, trimmed

In a 12x8x2 inch baking dish, combine steak sauce, shallot, garlic, oil, rosemary, and tabasco; mix well. Add flank steak;, turn to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling. Preheat grill and grill steak over medium heat for 12-15 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning midway.
