Italian Spaghetti Sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
2 large onions, minced
1 clove garlic
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 pound ground beef
1 Quart canned tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar

COOK ONIONS, GARLIC AND MUSHROOMS LIGHTLY IN OIL, PUSH TO ONE SIDE(TAKE OUT GARLIC) AND BROWN MEAT N THE OIL. PUT TOMATOES THRU STRAINER INTO MIXTURE AND ADD TOMATO PASTE, SALT AND SUGAR. SIMMER MIXTURE GENTLY IN OPEN SAUCE PAN FOR SEVERAL HOURS UNTIL IT IS HEAVY. POUR OVER SPAGHETTI AND EAT LIKE HOGS.:D
