This might be just me, but did anyone else find the announcers extremely annoying? IMO, that was the worse annonce job I ever heard. I'm not one to sit and yell at the TV, but those jokers left me no choice. I'm also starting to think they were watching a different race. I think Dorsey was just making things up if he didn't see the event happen. I couldn't believe how many mistakes I caught on their behalf.
On a different note. I'm starting to like Greg Biffle less and less every week. What's his problem? He's lucky he didn't take out the whole field with that bonehead move. I'm glad Shane came back after him and wasn't intimidated by his rousch antics. I think Biffle might be suffering from an ego problem. Or, he's just been hanging around Tony Stewart too much and if something doesn't go his way he just goes and causes a bunch of chaos.
Alright, I'm done ranting! I'm glad I don't do it to often.

I wasn't really paying much attention to the broadcasters, so I won't comment on that, BUT...that Greg Biffle!! That little stunt he pulled on Hall was a prime example of how NOT to win a championship ;) I'm not sure if Shane Hall did something to Biffle first or if Biffle was just frustrated because Harvick got by him again, but he really could have messed it all up for his team and did mess up Hall. He should really learn to let things go if he wants to win the points race.

Sounds like I made the wise choice and watched the ASA race instead. :)
I flipped back a couple of times during commercials, but most of the time I caught commercials on TNT. HAHA.
This was the same broadcast team, with the exception of Dorsey Schroeder and Glenn Jarrett they used at Watkins Glen. (come to think of it, I watched the ASA race then too.)
I wasn't impressed with what I did watch, though I always liked Glenn Jarrett and wished he would go to the cup side. He sure is better than Bill Weber. Liz Allison, I'm still wondering why she's there.
Believe it or not, Dorsey used to do some ESPN telecasts too so he's not new to the booth. Usually when they went to a road course, he would broadcast with them.
As for the Biffle/Hall incident. I didn't see it, but I heard Greg was pretty stupid during that.

I watched.......The broadcasting sucked .....big time!
What the hek is Dorsey Schroeder doing anyway?!?
Biffle was wrong.....acted a little silly too...but I can't say anything bad about him......he's my boy.
The race was okay......although, as much as I like kevin harvick I'm getting tired of him stinking up the show all the time.
I used to feel that way about Jeff G. but he's not taking home all the trophies anymore so I can't complain.

Fordlady,
I think you kinda hit the nail on the head, at least for me. The bgn races can get a bit predictible now. Either Kevin or Greg (occassionally a different driver). I get tired of seeing that every single week.
So I try to find something else on. A shame cause I like Nascar racing, but it is getting boring with him stinking up the race alot of times.

You got to admit though, the last 10 laps of the busch race were pretty exciting. At the end, either Harvicks car wasn't as strong as it was all race or the other guys found some horspower.
I was flipping between, I think, 4 races that night. Busch race, ASA, some open wheel race, and the Goodys 500 from '95, on ESPN classic.

Chad,
Did you see when they were talking about the armadillo on the ASA race. Oh man that was a riot.
I watched some of the IRL race too. That was a nasty crash they had just around half way.

Yeah I caught that part!:D What a nickname, 'The Armadilla Killa' or something like that. Then the bandaids on the Armadillo, and the decal on that guys car. Pretty funny!
I saw that wreck too, that was horrifying. That one car like a rocket the way it was shooting around the wall. I saw some big parts flying into the crowd. I hope everyone was ok, I didn't hear any reports on the crowd.

Guys don't you think you can basically say the same thing about the Cup races, in the cup you have basically four guys...every single year winning all the races......it's boring also>>>>>>
Over the last two season the busch racing has been alot more competitive and has better racing.
Id rather Kevin win than Greg anyway, so the last two outcomes are great with me!!!

Oh Martin6, I totally agree!
seems so far that the drivers have really not done such a great job in the booth....I'm sorry...I just feel that way.
Oh yes....BR...I'm not taking anything away from the race.....it was really exciting to watch!
I just feel bored watching the same person win all the time....ya know.
Rumor knows what I mean.
I don't mean any disrespect or anything but it gets tiring.
everyone used to complain about Jeff winning every week.......well it's the same thing!
I know Greg gets a little rough sometimes.....and he doesn't take defeat too well.....but I've been following him for a few years and I really like him as a person as well as a racecar driver. I've met him so many times and even spent some time talking with him and stuff.......he's so personable and down to earth.
He's a great guy and he treats his fans really well!

K17fan,
I agree with Cup boring as well. I get tired of the same driver over and over again there too. But it seems that BGN is getting like Cup.
Martin, I think Buddy Baker does a great job and he's a former driver. He doesn't try to put himself in the car or tell you what a driver is thinking like Benny Parsons does. Benny's been out so long, these cars have changed immensely since he retired. I know alot of people don't care for Buddy but I miss him during the Cup/BGN weekends. Benny can't think unless Nascar tells him what to think. I've seen him go back and forth so many times it's not funny.
