Steve’s CSA Pork Roast Rub


¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Cayenne pepper
1 TBSP Black pepper
1 TBSP Pure ground mustard
1 TBSP Garlic powder
1 TBSP Onion powder


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover pork shoulder well with rub at least 24 hours before cooking and let meat set covered in refrigerator until about 1 hour before cooking. Re-apply CSA rub to meat before cooking process is started and keep the remaining rub if you choose to also make Steve’s CSA Pork Roast Sop!
