Man, oh man that guy can't get a break to save his life, can he?
I've been reading on another board where people say he should retire cause of his poor running today.
What they either don't know or don't care is that he dropped a cylinder way before half-way. Before that he was in 20th and climbing. They even said it on TV. Only time they talk about him too.
I think it's time Terry say buh-bye Rick. He can still drive, just needs the right team.

:flame: It really burn me up:flame:
I've been a Terry fan since I started following Winston Cup!
I can't figure out how one team (Jeff Gordon) can do so well while the other (Terry's) struggles just to make the race!!!
Terry is a good driver. He can get the job done!
Maybe a different ride would be just the ticket!
I don't want him to retire - but I don't like seeing his as an "also ran". HOWEVER I'll support him as long as he's in a race car!

I've been a fan of his for 20 some odd years and I just hate seeing him run like this while Gordon, and sometimes Nadeau can run well. Does not make any sense at all. He has even run better in Nadeau's car, makes you wonder, huh?
He has said he wants to run about 5 more years. How I wish it was somewhere else.
Too bad he didn't go with Yates when he had the chance.
And like you, I will stick by him no matter what. :h: :h:

running some new equipment with a new chief is exactly what Terry needs....and anyone who knows Nascar...knows that Terry has, in the past, busted out a win or two after running REAL bad for a good long run.
He isn't near finished yet....just needs something new.
Let's not forget, he is the 'Ironman'
