FOX Coverage - good or bad?

I've seen a lot of postings in other forums slamming FOX. So I want to know how you guys feel.
I myself like their coverage. I love DW & Larry McReynolds, Mike Joy and all the pit guys. I'm impressed with FOX Trax and their graphics. I like that they keep the position ticker tape running almost all the time. And they have yet to leave a race - no matter how long it ran - without a winner interview. (I can remember all to many times last year stations RUNNING from the race before the winner even did a victory lap telling us to catch RMP Tonight or SportsCenter for interviews)
So what say you?

I like the broadcasting so far. Though DW, and the rest, tend to go on about some drivers alot when they said they would be fair. But all in all, they are doing a great job. (So much for my prediction that DW and LarryMac would end up at each other's throats).

As for other comments I read. At least we get a winner's interview even if he is in the car doing it. Alot of people get ticked, but don't realize, or don't care that FOX goes over it's allotted time.

And I read about people getting on Larry's pronounciation of words. SO WHAT! I have alot of southern kin. I understand him just fine. I'm glad he's not a perfect talker or enunciates things correctly. Did anyone notice he kept calling the Coca Cola race the World 600?

I'm not crazy about crank it up either, because I don't have surround sound so it's useless to me. HEHEHE.

As for the others:

Dick Berggren is a better Pit Reporter than race announcer.

Jeannie Zalesko has got to go. So glad she wasn't around this weekend, she probably would have ruined the water fight. ;)

The other announcers are good too. But I still miss buddy baker and Glenn jarrett (HEY FOX, NAB HIM).

I am pretty impressed so far with their coverage. I do dread NBC though.

My husband LOVES the sound loud! I'm always telling him to turn it down. So my problem is that they tell you "CRANK IT UP" several times during the race - but never say OK turn it back down. (LOL) :rolleyes:

I miss Benny Parsons - but I LOVE DW.

Just wish IWCR was still on - Monday's aren't the same.
