Italian beef
1 Medium size Roast (4 or 5 LB)
1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoon ground oregano
1 can beer
1 can beef broth
8 oz. jar pepperacinis
Put in slow cooker the night before. cook on low all night, next morning shred beef, let cook until you are ready to eat. serve on your favorite rolls.
Enjoy:)

Alright, I made this for lunch today, and was it good! I also sliced up and put in some mushrooms. It made some outstanding sandwiches! Thanks Labontefan:D

Just kidding.:D I'm glad you liked it. You can also add two packs of onion soup mix, really good.:)
