To whom it may concern:


I am contacting you on behalf of FX Network. FX is carrying many of the races this year, including, "The Winston" on May 19th. We are trying to make as many people aware of this event as possible by utilizing not only our on-air and print promotion, but by driving people to the FX Nascar site http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/sports/nascar/index.html, which contains driver profiles and a full race broadcast schedule.


So, I am contacting several NASCAR websites, as well as Driver sites to ask them if they would be interested in either posting an FX Nascar banner which would link them to the site, or just putting a link up to the FX Nascar site.


This would greatly benefit the fans by giving them more information and also help with viewership to make this year's Winston a huge success.

I did reply. I asked what her affiliation was with the FX Network. Here's the reponse I got.


Yes, I am working on some of the affiliate internet promotion on "The Winston" broadcast for them.
