Have been surfing some this morning and found a few interesting things.
Bill Simpson says that a spectator gave him a video tape of the attempted rescue of Dale Earnhardt that shows that an EMT used a knife to cut the seatbelt in Earnhardt's car...that was pretty much what I had expected to hear expecially when France Jr. would not give a straight answer when he was asked straight out if the belt had been cut.
Robby Gordon is gonna run in the Indy 500 for AJ Foyt...I sure hope that AJ never considers putting him in that 14 car in Cup!
Looks like Richard Childress' son in law (Mike Dillon)is losing his ride in the #21 Busch car since Richard has lined up Skinner to run all the Busch races that are run on Cup venues for the rest of the season. Wonder what his daughter thinks of that. I have never been very impressed with Dillon and I did not think that was a wise move on Richard's part in the first place. It may have been smarter for him to just back Mike Dillon and put in some good words for him with other owners....then he would not be in the position that he is in now!
I am gonna miss watching a Cup race tomorrow!
