Those are really cool man, but....will I get my refund before cyberrebate.com goes out of business? That's what I worry about.

Good question. I've never used cyberebate before and I would be leary to send them that much money.

I spent some time looking at other stuff while I was there and they had *free* DVD's, but they intially costed $170 with a $170 rebate. That just seems fishy.:fish:

My guess is that they collect $$ from folks for the products (probably at an elevated price) and put it all in one account to gain interest...they then take their interest earned, pay off the dvd's & polar bears and send the money back to you probably several months later, keeping what's left of the interest.

I'm no accountant so I don't know if this would work, but it's my theory and I'm stickin' to it :)

It probably does work somehow, but takes a long time to get the refund is my guess.

Yeah, thats exactly what they do. They hold on to your money for three months before they send out the rebates.

Well there is some pretty cool stuff on there besides the bears too! I might would consider trying it out on a less expensive item first just to see how well it works....of course if I did that, by the time I found out how well it worked, the bears would be gone :(

Maybe someone else has already tried it and can advise???
