Resurrection Rolls ........just in time for Easter!
RESURRECTION ROLLS
Frozen yeast roll dough
Cinnamon
Sugar
Melted Butter
Marshmallows
Thaw the bread dough and form into small squares. Take a large
marshmallow and dip it in the melted butter, then roll it in cinnamon
and sugar. Place the marshmallow in the center of the dough. Wrap the
dough around the marshmallow and bake according to the directions of
the bread dough bag. When the roll is done the marshmallow has
disappeared. The symbolism is to help make the empty tomb
understandable for children.

If you have kids this is really fun for them to make.

those sound great!
Here's one for homemade pretzels......They're not Herr's....but they're not bad.

1 Tablespoon active dry yeast
1-1/2 cups lukewarm water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
5 cups flour
1 egg, beaten
coarse salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenheit.

the dough: In a large bowl, place yeast, water and sugar. Stir. Let sit 5 minutes. Add oil, 2 eggs, salt, dry milk and 2 cups flour. Use wooden spoon to mix well. Add 2 more cups of flour and mix. Place last cup of flour on a smooth surface and place dough onto it. Knead dough about 5 minutes; add extra flour if dough is too sticky.

You can shape them however you want to....This close to Easter maybe you could make little pretzel crosses out of them....cool huh?
Or maybe you could make little cars and Nascar shapes...flags and such.
Your company will love em!

Bake your pretzels: Using a kitchen paintbrush, paint the pretzels with beaten egg...if desired. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in preheated oven 425 degrees, for 10-12 minutes or until shapes are lightly browned.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
This recipe makes ......hmmm...I think 2 dozen....Yes...2 dozen.

Enjoy!
