I don't know the amounts for most ingredients...I usually guess :)
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
cracker crumbs
all purpose white flour
fine grated parmesean cheese (not shreaded)
lite olive oil
1 pint heavy cream
1 bag of Chevrolet bowtie noodles
fresh mushrooms
fresh broccoli
pepper
salt
chopped garlic
1/2 stick real butter
2 eggs
Directions:
CHICKEN
-Beat eggs in a wide bowl and add bout 1/4 cup of cream or whole milk and mix in well
-rinse chicken in cold water and dip them into egg mixture
-combine cracker crumbs with about half as much flour or less, parmesean cheese, pepper & salt.
- heat about 1/2" of olive oil in a frying pan on the stove to medium high heat. (more medium than high)
-coat chicken in cracker crumb mixture until well coated and fry in the olive oil at medium low heat (more medium than low) until golden brown (at least 10 minutes each side).
Take out of oil and cover.
note: be sure to reduce heat after you initially put chicken in oil to avoid burning!!

PASTA sauce
-Combine cream, chopped garlic, and butter in medium saucepan, bring to a boil, and heat until butter is melted. Add 1/2 cup of parmesean cheese and heat on low for about 10 minutes, stirring VERY often.
-slice mushrooms and cut the brocolli tops off in small pieces.
-add mushrooms and brocolli tops to sauce, cover and cook very slowly (low heat) until mushrooms are soft and brocolli is beginning to cook, but is still firm.
-cook bowtie noodles as directions say and drain.

PREPARATION
put noodles on plate, pour sauce over noodles, put one chicken breast on top.
