This meal is especially good at the track, cause it feeds a lot of people, so you can feel free to invite your neighbors fer dinner! :)
Get a bagged corned beef brisket from your favorite neighborhood grocery store's meat dept. and a head of cabbage.
Open the bag brisket and rinse the slime off of it...(be sure to save the season packet!!) Place the meat in a large stew pot and open the season packet, pouring the contents over the meat.
Cut up the cabbage and put it in the pot with the brisket...
Fill pot with water and add to heat source (fire, propane, etc.)
Drink at least a 6-pack of your favorite beverage (mine's beer) while waiting for the cabbage to cook....You will smell it cooking, and everyone around you will smell it too.
Enjoy!! :)
