Spencer is penalized 1 lap for stopping on the track and bringing out a caution.
EXCUSE ME!!!! He had a tire down, was trying to get out of people's way, probably didn't want to drive any farther than he had to and could have been waiting for the cars to pass so he could come in.
But what do I expect? This is the same series that throws a caution for imaginary debris on the track.
