You're right about the "clause". It's just kinda wild that something like this hasn't happened before. I remember the race, too...and Mike being "released" shortly afterward. I honestly don't blame BDR for getting rid of him. He was a MAJOR threat that day!!!
The main sponsor on the #20 car is AT&T, and that's who they mentioned on RPM2Night. I taped it as I was watching it, and I watched it again to make sure!

But shoot...that race alone would make it tough for him to get a ride, unless he can show he's improved and matured in his abilities. I don't like to see anyone treated badly, but damn, there were others' lives at stake. It seemed to me (the casual fan/observer) that he wasn't even concerned. That's just my opinion!!
